We gather personal and school-related information when you or your school joins our food collection program, including:
Names, email addresses, and phone numbers
School affiliation and geographic location
Donation totals and participation stats
Photos, videos, or media submitted during drives
Information submitted via our website or digital forms
We do not knowingly collect personal info from children under 14. If a student under 14 wishes to organize a drive, we require parental or school administrator consent. We comply with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We use collected information to:
Register and manage school-led food drives
Track and publicly display donation standings
Celebrate student and school achievements (with consent)
Share success stories with supporters, partners, and the public

Contact us via our contact form with the Ticket name “Data Deletion Request.” We’ll confirm receipt and process your request in accordance with applicable laws. Some data may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons (such as past donation reporting), but we’ll let you know what’s required and what can be removed.
We may display non-sensitive school data (such as donation totals, school names, and approved photos) on our website and share it with:
